Information We Collect
Registration and Other Information You Provide. We collect personally identifiable information about you which you affirmatively choose to submit to us, such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and business contact information. We collect account information from our customers, including business firmographic data and trade references as applicable. We will record and maintain your order history. From time to time we may also automatically collect certain information that may be considered personally identifiable information, such as the IP address of your computer or network connection, logins, time stamps, web browser and operating system, and similar usage data. We may also collect information from you if you attend one of the conferences that we participate in or during phone calls with a BluPax representative.
Payment Processing Information. When you make a payment in connection with purchasing any of the BluPax products, we may obtain credit card, banking and/or other payment information.
Usage Information. We may collect non-personally identifiable information such as the time and date of your visit, your location, the pages and other content that you access, and the number of times you return to the website. This information is used in the aggregate for our internal marketing and similar purposes.

Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. BluPax may use your information to contact you in the future to tell you about new or additional services, promotions, opportunities, and other general information about BluPax that we believe will be of interest to you. Related, we may share pertinent personal information with select affiliates and partners for the purposes of marketing, customer support, account management, and similar. You may opt out of any marketing or promotional message by clicking on the link in the bottom of the message. Even if you opt out, we may still contact you in connection with your continued use of our products and services.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information provided by you to third parties for their own purposes.
BluPax will only use your payment processing information with your explicit consent.
Other Disclosures of Information
We may disclose information about you to third parties if we have a good-faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to legal claims, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others. We may disclose information about you to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale or disposition of all or a portion of our assets. The successor organization’s use and disclosure of your personal information will continue to be subject to this policy unless (i) a court orders otherwise, for example a bankruptcy court; or (ii) the successor organization gives you notice that your personal information will be subject to the successor organization’s own policy, along with an opportunity for you to opt out (which may cause you not to be able to continue to use the website). If you submit personal information after such a transfer, that information may be subject to the successor entity’s policy.
Updating Your Information
If you wish to amend or update your personal information, you may do so by contacting us at email@example.com. A member of our customer service team will be in touch with you soon after receipt of your message. You should be aware, however, that by opting out or amending your information you may no longer be able to enjoy some of the features of our website and services.
Do Not Track
We do not track users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to “do not track” signals. Third parties that have content embedded within the service such as a social feature may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific location from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from the service unless you provide it to them directly.
BluPax takes commercially reasonable security and backup measures to protect the information submitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic security, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We encourage our customers and partners to retain copies of all uploaded information on their own systems.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age without parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, or that such personal information has otherwise been inadvertently collected, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
California residents have additional rights regarding use of their personal information, including the right to give the instruction ‘Do Not Sell My Personal Information.’ Other than as expressly set forth herein, BluPax does not sell or otherwise share your personal information with third parties.
California residents are also entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. BluPax does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Other User Privacy
If you are a user that has been provided access to BluPax or any part of our platform through your company purchase agreement, your employer may require that one or more users have global rights to access any and all information of every user that has access through the company. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the rights of other individuals in your company to access your user information or usage logs, you should address those questions to your administrator.
Consent to Transfer
BluPax is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the BluPax website or the Services, or providing us with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in the United States, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen.
