BluPax Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes various aspects of our practices concerning information – including personally identifiable information – collected during or in connection with your use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services provided through them (the “Services”) by BluPax Pharmaceuticals, LLC or its parents, subsidiaries, representatives, or affiliates (collectively, “BluPax,” “us” or “we”).

Information We Collect and How We Use It

When you use the Services, we will collect information and use it depending on how you engage with the Services. 

If you are an individual or business filling out a credit application in connection with the potential creation of an account with Blupax, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Address
  • Bank information
  • Trade reference

and we provide this information to our insurer if the amount of credit sought exceeds $10,000.  The insurer may consult credit agencies so that we may evaluate your credit and engage in future transactions. 

Parties With Whom We Share Your Information

We will disclose information you provide to us – including certain fields of personally identifiable information – to our insurer as set forth above. These entities may use the information to communicate with you, do business with you, or otherwise as they determine in accordance with their policies and practices. We will not disclose information about you to any third party except as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We may otherwise disclose information about you to third parties (e.g., law enforcement officials and/or our professional and technical advisors) if we have a good-faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to legal claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BluPax or others.

We may disclose information about you to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale or disposition of all or a portion of our assets. The successor organization’s use and disclosure of your information will continue to be subject to this Privacy Policy unless (i) a court (e.g., in a bankruptcy proceeding) orders otherwise, or (ii) the successor organization gives you notice that your information will be subject to the successor organization’s own privacy policy, along with an opportunity for you to opt out (which may cause you not to be able to continue to use the Services). If you submit information after such a transfer, that information may be subject to the successor entity’s privacy policy.

Reviewing and Requesting Changes to Your Information

You may inquire about what personally identifiable information we have on file about you by sending an email to info@ You may likewise request via email that we delete or correct any such information we have on file. Please be aware, however, that certain features and uses of the Services will not be available to you in the event you ask us to delete information about you. 

Do Not Track

We do not track users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to “do not track” signals. Third parties that have content embedded within the Services such as a social feature may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific location from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from the Services unless you provide it to them directly.

For example, we collect the IP address of your computer used to access the website, and third-party services which we utilize in connection with the website, such as Google Analytics (only google analytics right now)] may also collect, monitor and analyze, along with non-personally identifiable information, your IP address and related information in order to increase the website’s functionality.

These third-parties may use cookies and/or web beacons to help us analyze how our users are using the website and they have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they use such information.

Children Under 13

The website is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and children under 13 years of age shall not use the website to submit any personally identifiable information about themselves.

Your California Privacy Rights

California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes unless you provide us with consent to do so.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may revise and update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you by email at the address we have on file, if any, if there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the website after receiving notice of any changes in this Privacy Policy will mean you accept those changes.
